Two young men have reportedly been stabbed dead at Savar, on the outskirts of Dhaka.
The deceased were identified as Raihan, 22, and Nazmul.
Raihan lived at a rented house in Jadurchar area of Hemayetpur, Savar, while Nazmul came to visit his cousin Raihan from Barishal, Additional Superintendent of Dhaka district police Abdullahil Kafi said.
Local farmers spotted the bodies at a jute field in Haruliar Chak in Bhartuka union this morning and informed police.
Savar police later recovered the bodies and sent those to Shaheed Suhrawardy Medical College Hospital morgue.
A knife used in the murders was also recovered from the spot.
A total of five bodies were recovered from Savar, Ashulia and Dhamrai areas in the last five days, reports our correspondent.
