At least two persons were killed in a collision between a CNG-powered autorickshaw and a motorcycle at Asmita in Katiadi upazila of Kishoreganj on Saturday evening.
Two auto-rickshaw passengers were seriously injured also at the time.
The deceased were identified as Lal Mia (50), and his nephew Rahat Mia (28). They are residents of Burudia area of Pakundia upazila.
Katiadi Highway Police Outpost – in-charge Tariqul Islam told the New Nation that on information, Highway police rushed to the spot and adnitted injured CNG passengers to Katiadi upazila health complex.
The bodies were sent to Kishoreganj General Hospital mourge for autospy.
