Two injured in Awami League rival’s bomb attack

At least two activists of the ruling Awami League were injured seriously at Benapole Port Thana in Jessore on Friday in an attack by the rival group of the local Awami League.
The two persons received bullet injury. The ruling party men attacked their party’s activists at Kholshi village of Benapole Port Thana in the evening, when the two victims, who are also brothers, were returning their home from Kholsi Bazar.
The two victims were identified as Hosen Ali and
Year Ali of Kholshi village. They were sent to Baghachpara Clinic in Benapole.
Chairman of Puthkhali Union Parishad said that the two victims are Awami League activists.
Sub Inspector of Benapole Thana Habib said that they have got the information and they will visit the spot.
