A court here on Sunday sentence 2 get 10 years rigorous imprisonment in a murder case in Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila on Sunday .
The convicted are Abdul Malek Rony and Naimul Islam Babu of village Nagoua under Kishoreganj Sadar Upazila of the district.
They gets the penalty and fined Tk. 20 thousand each under Section 302 of the Penal Code.
Shishu Adalat Judge Kiron Shankor Halder handed down the verdict.
As per the prosecution, the convicted person murdered Aminul Islam over a previous enimity on March 12, 2010.
The victim’s father Md. Motiur Rahman filed a case against 13 youth with Kishoreganj Model Police Station. After investigation police submitted chargesheet against 13 youth. After trail the court convicted 2 youth and others 11 youth were aquited.
The case was conducted by Special Public Prosecutor M.A Afzol on behalf of the state and Advocate Ashok Sarker & Advocate M.A Hannan for accused.
