Two friends were arrested on Tuesday for their alleged involvement in the killing of a young man.
The arrestees are – Razu Miah, a student of Dakkhin Surma Government College, and Shakil Nur Talukdar, a student of Shah Khurram Degree College.
Earlier on Tuesday evening, Sabbir Ahmed, a worker of a Thai aluminum factory and son of Oliur Rahman, was stabbed to death by miscreants at Kamarpotti in Madina Market area.
Tipped off, police raided Madina Market acting and arrested the duo, said Sub-Inspector Yasin of Kotwali Model Police Station.
