Two labourers of Ahad Jute Mills Limited were electrocuted inside the mills while working there on Thursday morning.
The victims were identified as Matiar Rahman, 48 and Kabir Gazi, 35, Kamruzzaman, manager, unit 2 of the mills confirmed.
He told that the labourers were electrocuted while turning on the switch of a stand fan in the morning. The duo was rushed to Jashore General Hospital where the attending doctor declared them dead.
Amio Das, medical officer, Jashore General Hospital told newsmen that the duo died before they were rushed to the hospital.
