Two listed drug peddlers rounded up from city area on Wednesday by police from separate places.
The detained drug peddlers are Abdul Kader(40) and Abdul Mannan(45) . Sadarghat thana police rounded up Abdul Kader from East Madarbari at about 12 noon on Wednesday.
Sadarghat thana police sources said, Abdul Kader is a listed drug peddler and involved with the selling and trafficking drugs from his den Ice factory road rail station colony but very recently anti-narcotics drive, his den was demolished by them. He was shouldering 7 drug trafficking suits with different police station in city.
Meanwhile the mobile team of Narcotics Deptt rounded up one Abdul Mannan from Chittagong old rail station area on Wednesday morning . Acting on secret information, Narcotics Deptt team conducted raid in the area and rounded up him . Narcotics officials recovered 1500 yaba tablets from his possession after searching his body.
