A two-day job fair-2017 began for the fourth time at Rajshahi University campus on Saturday today.
Rajshahi University Carrier Club (RUCC) organized the fair. More than 20 companies including some famous ones are taking part in the event offering spot job after taking curriculum vitae from students and interviewing them on the spot.
Vice-chancellor Prof Dr Mijanuddin and Pro-VC Prof Dr Chowdhury Sarwar Jahan addressed the opening session as chief and special guests respectively with RUCC President Kazi Mahmud in the chair.
Apart from nine seminars on updates of job markets and carrier building, the fair has provision of arranging two large-scale seminars.
Senior officials and human resource experts are expected to address the seminars to educate the students for becoming eligible candidates to get better jobs.
