Chattogram Bureau :
Anti Corruption Commission filed a misappropriation case against two Bank officials of Bangladesh Commerce Bank, Khatungong Branch, Chattogram for misappropriation of Tk.2 cr 19 lakh and 523 from Bank cash. This amount of money of the account holders was withdrawn from the bank through presenting false Bank draft and taken away the depositors money without depositing in the respective accounts.
Deputy Director of ACC, headquarters Sheikh Md Fanfillah lodged the case before the Kotwali thana of CMP on Monday against the former Executive officer of BCB Moinuddin Ahmed ad cash officer Monirul Islam as a plaintiff. Kotwali thana OC confirmed the news of filingthe misappropriation case.
