Kurigram Sadar thana police arrested two hemp traders with 32 kgs of Indian hemp along with a pick up van from eastern side of the Dharla bridge under Kurigram sadar upazila early hours on Saturday. The arrested are identified as Hashu Miah son of Delwar Hossain of village Palasbari and Liton son of Aminul Islam of village Suverkuti under Holokhana union of the upazila.Officer-in-charge of Kurigram Sadar police station Abdul Baten told that the hemps were wrapped with polythene and entered into a drum of oil which were carrying to Bogra from Nageswari upazila in the district.
