They are GM Ziaur Rahman & WFM Sharmin Sultana Shirin of Bangladesh Navy, FM Syed Mahfuzur Rahman and Shawkat Hossain Pollab of Sheikh Russel Chess Club, CM Sohel Chowdhury of Sheikh Russel Memorial Sporting Club, Uten, Mohammed Enayet Hossain of Hasan Memorial Chess Club, M Matiur Rahman Mamun of Sonali Bank Sports & Recreation Club, M Masum Hossain of Fire-Service & Civil Defense, Mohammad Sherajul Kabir of SAIF POWERTEC, M Alimul Haque Kazal and Gour Sundar Bisawas of Jessor.
IM Abu Sufian Shakil of Golden Sporting Club placed in 2nd position with 2.5 points.
In the 3rd and 4th round games were held on Saturday, Zia beat Anata Chowdhury, Kazal beat FM Mehdi Hasan Parag, Emon beat Mohammad Ibrahim Hossain, Pollab beat Shahnaz Mohammad Faruk, Sohel beat Gias Uddin Mithu, Uten got walk-over against S M Tarek, Enayet beat M Zakaria, Mamun got walk-over against Mokaddesur Rahman Khan, Shirin beat Zakir Hossain Shiplu, Masum beat M Nurul Islam, Gour beat Abdul Momin, Sheraj got walk-over against Shamsul Kabir Chowdhury and Shakil beat M Abzid Rahman.
