A journalist of a private television channel received injuries as miscreants opened shots at a vehicle of the TV channel in front of hanged war criminal SQ Chowdhury’s house at Gahira village in Raozan upazila on Sunday morning. The injured was identified as Rajib Sen, Chittagong correspondent of Mohona Television. Nayon Barua Joy, Chittagong correspondent of Ekushey Television, said a group of miscreants intercepted the vehicle in front of the house while they were coming out from the village in the morning. Later the miscreants opened shots targeting the vehicle, which left Rajib injured. Further details could not be known immediately. Prodip Kumar Das, officer-in-charge of Raozan Police Station, said they were informed about the incident and were trying to find out the reason behind. — Chiitagong, Nov 22 (UNB)
