Noted director Saidul Anam Tutul has finished shooting of his directed second movie titled Kalbela in different locations in Kushtia for last 20 days at a time. Next month some parts of the movie’s shooting will also take place in Rajshahi. Tutul told this correspondent on Sunday.
A repressed woman named Sanjida’s life stories are to be portrayed in the movie Kalbela. World Miss University 2017 Tahmina Othoi played the role of Sanjida. Against her Shishir Ahmed acted in role of her husband, Motin.
While sharing her feelings to work in Saidul Anam Tutul’s movie Tahmina Othoi told this correspondent, “Tutul Sir is not only a reputed director but also a good actor. Before taking part in shooting he gave us instructions about how to act in that sequence and role. He also gave us freedom in this regard. I have to give a lot of effort while acting in this movie.”
Shishir Ahmed said, “I have tried my level best to portray my role Motin in the movie. I am grateful to Tutul Sir to give me the opportunity to work in this movie.”
It is noted that Tutul directed his first movie was Adhiyar.
