The Board of Directors of Trust Bank Limited has recommended a total of 15 percent dividend — 5 percent cash dividend and 10 percent stock dividend-for the year ending on December 31, 2014.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on March 30, 2015 at Trust Milonayaton, 545, Old Airport Road, Bir Shrestha Shaheed Jahangir Gate in Dhaka Cantonment while the record date is March 15, 2015 according to the DSE website.
The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk 3.05, NAV per share of Tk 19.85 and NOCFPS of Tk 3.92 for the year.
