UNB, Mymensingh :The upazila nirbahi officer (UNO) of Trishal was killed in a road accident on Dhaka-Mymensingh highway at Boilor in the upazila on Tuesday afternoon. Officer-in-charge of Trishal Police Station M Moniruzzaman said the accident took place as a bus of ‘Padma Gate Lock’ hit the motorcycle of UNO Mohammad Rashedul Islam, 37, from behind around 6pm while he was going to Boilor on official work riding pillion, leaving him critically injured.
