The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)-1 on Monday issued arrest warrant against 3 alleged Razakars from Nokla, Sherpur, in a crimes against humanity case.
Justice Md Shahinur Islam, senior member of the two-judge panel of the tribunal, issued the order, accepting a plea from the prosecution.
The three accused are- Mokhlesur Rahman Tara, 60, advocate AKM Akram Hossain, 62, and Emdadul Haque alias Khwaja Doctor, 74.
Another accused in the case, SM Aminuzzaman Faruk has already been arrested and now in custody.
Meanwhile, according to the sources, police has arrested advocate Akram from Mymensingh on Sunday night.
