A tribal man was killed after falling from a CNG-run auto-rickshaw at Kaikuri on the Birganj-Gopalganj road in Birganj upazila on Tuesday afternoon.
The deceased was identified as Subal Beshra, 56, son of late Pagal Beshra, a resident of Bairagi Bazar.
Quoting witnesses, police said Subal was going to his home from Birganj riding a CNG-run auto-rickshaw.
When the vehicle reached Kaikuri, Subal fell down from the three-wheeler and died on the spot around 5pm.
