Triangular relationship and strong bond can prevent militancy: DIU Chairman

City Desk :Triangular relationship and strong bond between parents and children and students and teachers can wipe out militancy from home and institutions, said DIU Chairman Md. Sabur Khan, says a press release. He said this at a programme with parents titled “Art of Parents Day” organised at the DIU Auditorium on Friday. Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University organized the program. Md. Sabur Khan, Chairman, Board of Trustees of Daffodil International University was present as the chief guest, while Syed Mizanur Rahman Raju, Director, Student Affair’s conducted the interactive program attended by a large number of parents and guardians along with their children. Md. Sabur Khan said that the strong bond of relationship between parents, students and teachers could uproot militancy and for that Daffodil International University introduced Art of Living course which is very important and effective nowadays for the nation. He also said, Daffodil International University is playing strong role against militancy and terrorism and associating the government and the law enforcing agencies with them. He urged the guardians to take care of their children and advised the students and teachers to be more friendly and interactive.In the program, parents and students shared their thoughts and emotions. The parents appreciated the DIU authority as everyone shared their feelings and got the opportunity to meet the higher authorities of DIU and spent some times with them in an intimate environment.. Students from this session promised that they would never send their parents to the Old Age Homes, they would rather nurture them with endless love.
