A truck laden with mobile phone goods left Benapole land port for Akhaura en route to the Indian state of Tripura on Sunday evening, Benapole land port sources said.
Port sources said that the truck entered the land port in the afternoon with mobile phone accessories and left the land port in the evening on completion of formalities.
Mostafizur Rahman, Joint-Commissioner, Benapole Customs supervised the formalities after receiving the truck from Dilip Kumar Sharma, Customs Official of India. The goods laden truck left the land port amid strict security.
