Trial court in Ctg resumes but lawyers opposed

The trial Judge court of Chittagong resumes in Chittagong judiciary yesterday but following the protest of the BNP-led lawyers , Special Judge left the court instantly.
 The Special Judge SM Ataur Rahman stayed in the Ejlash for about 15 minutes, court sources said.
During the short span of time, Judge disposed of 10 case file with next instructions. A lawyer sources said during the presence of the special Judge in court, no lawyers were present except the Special PP Advocate Mesbahuddin. Special PP sources said Special Judge of divisional court of Chittagong came over Ejlash ata bout 10 am and suddenly a procession of BNP led lawyers protested him in front of the Ejlash, as such the Judge left the court at about 10-20 pm to a void any nuisances there. General secretary of district lawyers association Enamul Hoque told this reporter that no lawyer of Chittagong judiciary were present in the judge court except the special PP .
Mentionable that Chittagong District Lawyers Association as per decision of 1989 (26 years ago) , lawyers of Chittagong remain abstained from trial activities during any political programmes s of the political parties. Following the continuous hartal, blockade programs of the 20-party alliance, the Chittagong Judiciary is almost inactive for the last two months.
Recently a group of lawyers are demanding to amend their decisions of 1989 . Following the demands of the general lawyers o f Chittagong, Ctg Bar Association called a immergency meeting tomorrow(Tuesday) at its auditorium, sources said.
