BSS, Munshiganj :
Five labourers went missing after an earth-laden trawler capsized in the Padma river near Mawa Ferry-Ghat in Lohajang upazila of the district yesterday noon.
Thirty seven labourers were on board the craft. Of them, 32 workers, including 10 with injuries, swam ashore while five others remained missing till filing of the report.
Police sources said the boat sank in the river due to intense current and strong wave.
Of the injured, four were sent to Srinagar Upazila Health Complex in critical condition.
