A five-day training workshop on Google earth engine concluded on Thursday on Jahangirnagar University (JU) campus.
Institute of Remote Sensing (IRS) organized the training workshop at the senate hall of the university, said a JU press release.
JU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Farzana Islam addressed the concluding session as chief guest.
It was addressed by Geographic Information System (GIS) specialist Professor Dr. Shahedur Rashid, JU Proctor Professor Tapan Kumar Saha, noted researcher Shudip Prodhan and Razesh Thapa as special guests, the release said.
Director of JU IRS Professor Dr. Sheikh Tauhidul Islam conducted the training workshop.
The 5-day long training workshop started on August 20, it said.
