A 3-day training on implementation of Black Bengal Goat Breeding and Development, Advanced Technology and Livestock Field School (LFS) was inaugurated at Rangpur Burirhat Horticulture Center. Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock SM Ferdous Alam was the chief guest at the function organized by the Department of Animal Resources, Ministry of Fisheries and Livestock on Sunday.
Rangpur Divisional Director of the Department of Animal Resources Md. Ismail Haque presided over the function while Project Director of Black Bengal Goat Development and Expansion Project Md. Shariful Haque, Deputy Director Mozammel Haque, District Livestock Officer Dr. Md. Serajul Haque, Gangachara Upazila Livestock Officer Nurul Aziz spoke. After the inauguration ceremony, the Additional Secretary visited an exhibition of Bengal breed goats at Nilakchandi village in Gangachara Union.
