Training is a planned process by which a positive change of person’s knowledge, skills, attitude (KSA) and behaviour is achieved. Through training, any person has been able to perform the duties and responsibilities conferred on him properly and successfully.
Educational institution is usually limited to traditional discussions and syllabus based programs. There is only one process or one-way communication process involving knowledge. The expertise is very intensely involved with the educational activities of the educational institution. Through education, the general knowledge of the student spreads and the consciousness increases. As a result, the educated or literate person is more efficient and more active in the work than the uneducated or illiterate person.
On the other hand, training of trainees can be seen in two-way process or communication. In addition to knowledge about issues, special emphasis is placed on establishing a proper view of professionalism and achieving skills. The training of any person continues throughout his life. In the new environment and work contact with the use of new ideas and elements, and especially through human contact and management, he has gained practical experience in hand by getting training properly.
Education is an important part of training. The professional development of the teachers (Pedagogical expertise) is achieved through training. By learning new techniques through training, teachers can apply it in the classroom activities, and the curriculum of the classes is very pleasant and fluid. The more training that is said to have received, the more merit he develops, and by applying this trained knowledge to the development of the profession he is able to establish himself as a progressive person of the unique level.
A trainer not just instructs the trainees. Using different processes, methods and techniques creates interest in learning among the trainees. Because no training program can succeed without creating interest in learning. For this reason, the trainees should not only know the merits of the content or the details of the incident. He has to be fully competent, skilful and trustworthy in all matters including excellence in professional thinking, establishing good relations with trainers and other trainees, full occupation or knowledge on training activities, seeking action and overall achieve leadership qualities.
In addition to the knowledge about the occupational issues related to modern training, the importance of skill, efficiency and loyalty etc. are emphasized, because training is termed as individual develop for the establishment of cadres, groups and human relations.
Every person has to choose a career in order to livelihood. The main purpose of the training is to help those involved in specific occupations to develop a clear and straightforward attitude towards their own profession and to gain clear ideas, proper knowledge and adequate skills in the profession.
The training improves the person’s ability in the workplace and meets the needs of current and future manpower of the organization. Training as a supplementary and complementary provision is also considered as the main goal and purpose of the education. Training was started in the past after education. But now the education and training work simultaneously. The basic aim of the training will be to train the trainer due to conduct training very smartly and smoothly and help the trainees for their individual improvement.
In the modern training system, teaching environment is more important in education than teaching-learning process. The main objective of training should be to keep the trainees interested in learning. For this, it is important to be especially careful about improving the training by encouraging the learners instead of training officer, inspector, manager and administrator. In order to help the trainees to create a proper perspective and to acquire professional skills, so that they are able to fulfill their duties and responsibilities with full satisfaction and skill, the efforts of every trainer must be accepted. And this effort should be continued.
The present government has already been provided training to the officers as well as teachers with respect to the content of ICT learning, Creative Question System, Life Skills Based Education, Science Education, Performance Based Management, Teacher-Curriculum Guidelines, Autism related, E-filing, Inclusive Education, E-learning System, Continuous Assessment (CA), Curriculum Dissemination, Monitoring and Mentoring, EMIs related issues, Annual Performance Agreement, Continuous Professional Development (CPD), SMC members Training, Online MPO related, Multimedia Classroom, Information Rights Act, Disaster Management, Innovation Training. Computer, Mathematics, English etc. in order to development their professional expertise.
