BGMEA University of Fashion and Technology (BUFT) Centre for CSR and Sustainability (BCCS) has taken an initiative for RMG and textile sector development by training the RMG and textile professionals about CSR and sustainability. The training titled “CSR and the Dutch Covenant on Sustainable Garment and Textile” was held on Monday at BUFT main campus, Nishatnagar, Turag in the capital. This was the second of a series of trainings.
The training was by conducted Prof Dr Ir Andre Nijhof of Nyenrode Business University, Netherlands and was moderated by Mallick Rakibul Hasan, Business Development Manager, BCCS and Assistant Professor, BUFT. A total of 26 participants attended the training from different RMG and textile factories around the country.
