A two-week long short course on International Relations and Diplomacy for junior diplomats of neighbouring countries commences here at the Foreign Service Academy on Saturday. Fourteen young diplomats from Afghanistan, Bhutan, the Maldives, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are participating in the course.
The Academy will hold sessions on current foreign policy issues as well as on the region’s history, culture, democratic values and development priorities.
