Train services also resume on April 29 beside the public transport, said Railways Minister Nurul Islam Sujan.
On Friday, the government decided to start operation of public transports on roads from April 29.
“If the government allow to operate public transports after April 28 as the ongoing lockdown will end on that day, then the trains will also start plying following the health guidelines,” the Minister told this to media on Saturday noon.
Goods-laden trains are continuing their operation, though passenger trains remained suspended from April 3 to prevent the rise of coronavirus infection, he said.
Eight parcel trains started moving from April 7.
