Inter-city train services will be restarted at half the passenger capacity from Sunday.
Bangladesh government has decided to restart the train services as it is keen to resume normal life reopening offices and workplaces on May 31 after coming out of a two-month shutdown over the coronavirus outbreak.
Railways Minister Nurul Islam Shujon said that the ticket prices will remain unchanged.
In a press briefing on Saturday he said also that all tickets must be purchased through online.
