A young businessman was stabbed to death by his younger brother at Char Sholakia residential area in Kishoreganj town on Friday noon over family land dispute.
The victim was identified as Md. Shariful Islam (34) a boutique trader at Dhaka and son of Moulana Mohammad Ashraful Islam, Senior Imam of the Pagla Mosque at Char Sholakia under Kishoreganj Sadar.
Additional Police Super Liton Kumar Saha visited the spot. The dead body was sent to Kishoreganj 250-bed Modern Hospital morgue for autopsy.
A case was filed in this connection with Kishoreganj Model Police Station.
