Towhid Samad, Chairman of Bangladesh General Insurance Company Limited, presiding over its 33rd AGM at a club in the city on Monday. The AGM approved 10 percent cash dividend for the year 2017 for its shareholders. Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury, CEO, Salim Bhuiyan, Vice-Chairman, Sohail Humayun, Public Director and Mustafa Zaman Abbasi, Independent Director of the company were also present.
