Spanish trio of FC Barcelona, Sevilla and Betis all have plenty of work to do today if they want to reach the quarterfinals of the Europa League.
Barcelona travel to Turkey to face Galatasaray after their 0-0 draw in the Camp Nou last week.
Xavi Hernandez’s side looked flat in that game, but recovered at the weekend as Ferran Torres starred in a 4-0 win at home to Osasuna, and they will take heart from their 4-2 win away to Napoli in the previous round.
Xavi has named a full squad, despite his side facing Real Madrid in the ‘Clasico’ next Sunday, with Dani Alves, who is not included in Barca’s Europa League squad, the only player to miss out.
Six times Europa League winners Sevilla, defend a 1-0 first leg win away to West Ham United at the London Stadium and coach Julen Lopetegui has been able to welcome back holding midfielder Fernando for the game, although his side are still without the injured Papu Gomez, Diego Carlos, Suso and Rekic and Erik Lamela.
