Sheikh Arif Bulbon :Popular TV actress Tomalika Karmakar has acted in six movies till now only for fulfilling own desire. Of those movies, she got the National Film Award for acting in Abu Sayeed’s Kittonkhola. For this reason, while working in big screen, Tomalika is always very much conscious. Despite acting in less number of movies Tomalika’s acting in those movies were highly appreciated to the viewers. This talented actress is going to perform in a new movie titled Priyanka. Nazmus Shakib Ahmed will give direction of the movie. Tomalika has been confirmed to cast in lead role in this new movie. Director Nazmus informed that he has agreed Tomalika to play in lead role in his movie Priyanka after requesting her many times because he found nobody except Tomalika to portray in the title role of movie Priyanka. Story of Priyanka revolves with the central role who is a 35 years old modern, educated and high class lady.While sharing her feelings to work in the movie Tomalika told this correspondent, “My role is very challenging. I have liked story of the movie so that I have agreed to work. I am really delighted and excited at a time for going to work in such a challenging role after a break of several years on the big screen in which I am expected to portray my character properly.”Shooting of Priyanka is scheduled to be started in March-April of next years. Now selection of actors is going on, she said.
