Professionally acclaimed National Film Award winner actress Toma Mirza has to seen to act in movies round the year. But when special days come she works in TV plays. As a part of its continuation, she acted in a special play titled A Love Story on the occasion of coming Eid. RB Pritom has scripted and also gave direction of the play.
One of the busiest actors of present time Jovan has acted against Toma Mirza in this play.
According to its director Pritom, he got the schedule of Jovan to cast in his play after facing hectic condition due to Jovan’s busiest schedules for this Eid. Shooting of the play was done on May 28 and 29 at Kalyanpur Government Staff Quarters. This play will be aired in any satellite channel during Eid-ul-Fitr.
While talking about acting in this play Toma Mirza told this correspondent, “It is not a traditional love story. It is really a nice romantic story based play. Though I work a little bit in small screen so after hearing story of this play I agreed to work. I earlier worked under Pritom’s direction. He works very much sincerely. Jovan is a good actor. I really enjoyed working with him in this play.”
Jovan shared his feelings by this way, “Story of the play is really exceptional. I really enjoyed working with Toma. Pritom never compromise during giving direction. I believe viewers will also enjoy the play in Eid.”
Under RB Pritom’s direction Toma Mirza earlier acted in a play titled Better-half.
Against Pritom, Toma Mirza also acted in Maria Tushar directed movie Gras. Now Toma is engaged with shooting of movie Paap Kahini.
On the other hand, Jovan acted in many directors like Golam Sohrab Dodul, Prabir Chowdhury, Imraul Rafat, Ishtiaq Rumel and Goutam Koiree’s works on the occasion of coming Eid.
