A creative literary organisation ‘Ganer Kabi Praner Kabi Nazrul’ organises a publication ceremony of English translated Poem ‘Bidrohi’ by Nazrul researcher and columnist Poet Anis Fatema at Abasar Bhaban in the city’s Dhanmondi at 4 pm. Anis Fatema will also be honoured for translation in the function.
Human chain
A section of people of Bakerganj Upazila will form a human chain in front of the Jatiya Press Club at 10 am demanding exemplary punishment to those involved in killing a college student of the upazila Farzana Akhter after rape.
