Today is the birthday of celebrated anchor Shanta Jahan. According to Shanta, As usual she has no
special plan to celebrate the day. Along with family, she will pass the day at her residence in the
capital’s Niketan area. To pass the day in a relaxed mood, Shanta did not keep in any schedule today.
Shanta said, “Birthday is a significant day for me because I came in this world on this day. Now my mother, family and I are happy with my present
position in media. Everybody prays for me as
I can remain well. In fact, I celebrate my birthday simply with my family and friends.”
Before starting month of Ramzan, Shanta passed busy times with stage shows. Now she is busy with anchoring television shows. Shanta is anchoring RTV’s Iftar related show R Rannaghor, which is being aired everyday during the month of Ramzan at 2:30pm. Soon Shanta’s anchoring, cooking related show Banglar Recipe will be aired in a TV channel. Shanta will be seen to host several shows on the occasion
of upcoming Eid. She will also host musical show
of a TV channel for a week during Eid, she said.
