Risingbd.com :Miscreants have snatched away TK30 lakh after allegedly beating a bkash agent in Kalmakanda upazila of the district on Sunday afternoon.The incident took place on the Netrokona-Muktirbazar highway of the upazila around 5:30pm. Abdul Mannan is the son of Abu Taleb of the upazila. Police and locals said that bkash agent Abdul Mannan on a motorcycle was going to Kalmakanda from Netrokona with TK30 lakh. At that time, some miscreants stopped him and beat him mercilessly. Then, they took away the amount from his possession and fled the scene.Rescuing him, locals sent him to Netrokona Sadar hospital.
