Serakontho famed Kaniz Khadiza Tinni, hailed from Narayanganj, received the Channel i Music Award in category of Best Singer for rendering folk song on December 10, 2020. It was Tinni’s first received award for music. This time she again lent her voice for another patriotic song titled Bangladesh Bangladesh Egiye Jao Bangladesh. Basically it is a chorus song, which is to be rendered on the occasion of 50 years of the Independence of Bangladesh. Many legendary singers will lend their voices in this song. Tinni will get the opportunity to render song with them. Shawkat Islam composed the song. Tinni informed that shooting of the music video of the song will be held on March 13 in the capital’s Hatirjheel area.
While sharing her feelings to get the opportunity in patriotic chorus song Tinni said, “It is really a great luck for me to get the opportunity to render the patriotic chorus song Bangladesh Bangladesh Egiye Jao Bangladesh because many legendary singers of the country will lend their voices in this song. Some singers of present generation also got the scope to take part in the song where I will be the youngest singer by age. I give thanks to lyricist and music composer of the song. I am feeling really good as I am getting the opportunity to be part of a patriotic chorus song on the occasion of 50 years of the Independence of Bangladesh.”
Tinni also said that the song will be released on coming Independence Day. Meanwhile, recently she performed on RTV’s Music Station where she rendered songs of yesteryears. She performed with Shahriar Rafat in the programme. She has been enlisted as singer of modern song at BTV recently. Meghomala and Tomake Chai are Tinni’s last released two original tracks.
