Tigresses take on Pakistan in 1st T20I today

The Bangladesh women’s cricket team take on their Pakistani counterpart in the first T20I of the four-match series scheduled to be held today at Sheikh Kamal International Cricket Stadium in Cox’s Bazar.
The remaining three T20Is will be played on October 3, 4 and 6 while the solitary one-day game is scheduled for October 8. All the matches will be held at the same venue.
The Tigresses have been in superb form ever since their triumph in the ACC Asia Cup in Malaysia, where they beat India in the final in June this year.
Bangladesh followed that up by clinching the ICC World T20 qualifier title in the Netherlands.
The eve cricket team has been training in Rajshahi ahead of this home series which is being considered as a part of their preparations for the ICC World T20 in the West Indies later this year.
