Police recovered the throat-slit body of a school employee from his residence at Gazi Cross Road in the town on Thursday night.
The deceased was identified as Shafiullah, 55, an employee of Feni Government Girls’ High School.
Quoting local people, Abul Kalam Azad, officer-in-charge of Feni Model
Police Station, said Shafiullah used to live in a rented house in the area.
On Thursday night, Shafillah’s roommate returned home around 9:30 pm and found Shafiullah lying on the bed in a pool of blood.
On information, police recovered the body and sent it to local hospital morgue for autopsy.
