Sherakontho 20008 famed three singers Zhilik (champion), Imran (First runner-up) and Yousuf Ahmed Khan (top six) have already established their positions in the field of music
by virtue of their rendering styles and talents. As a singer, Imran not only reached in the peak of his career but also established his position as a music director. On the other hand, besides rendering song, Yousuf has already started to give direction of music. However, Zhilik has involved herself only rendering song.
Though these three singers got star value among the music-lovers but they have still friendship for last 13 years. Runa Laila and Sabina Yasmin were judges of their reality show. While talking about these three singers Runa Laila said, “Imran, Yousuf and Zhilik have improved rather than previous time. I think if any TV channel comes forward for releasing original songs of these singers they can get more scope to release new songs for the listeners. They should obviously practice (rewaj) music regularly.”
Champion of that reality show Zhilik said, “Alhamdulillah, I am very much satisfied with my present position in the field of music. Imran had dreamt to establish himself as a successful music director which came into true. It is no doubt that Imran is a good singer. His has popularity among the music-lovers of only in the country but also abroad. He is one of my good friend and a good human being also. Yousuf Bhai has already proved he like father like son. He is an educated singer. There is magic in his voice. I feel proud because I got the scope to render song under his composition. He is one of the educated musicians of present generation.”
Imran shared his feelings by this way, “Alhamdulillah, beginning of my career’s dream came intro true. But I want to get more loves from my fans and music-lovers. I received huge love from all not only a singer but also a music composer. Under my composition, Tahsan Bhai’s Keu Na Januk or Milon’s Sokhi Bhalobasa Kare Koi are best example. Yousuf Bhai is an outstanding singer of his generation. Zhilik renders song in well composed music which she can also apply on the stage. Many singers cannot do it properly.”
Yousuf said, “Zhilik is one of the versatile singers which I have seen. Her mind is also good. Imran is pride of our generation and a successful singer. His rendering style is filmy which cannot see in others voices. In fact, I have nothing to say about myself.”
