Three including a newborn were found dead separate places in Jessore on Wednesday said the police.
Moniruzzaman, officer in-charge, Jessore railway police camp told that the body of an unidentified man, 55 was recovered from the rail track at Gopalpur under Jessore sadar upazila at around 9am on Wednesday. ‘He could be killed in a rail accident’, he added.
The police in the morning recovered the body of a newborn from a field at Marua under Chaugachha upazila, said Shahidul Islam, officer in-charge, Chaugachha police station. ‘It could be the result of illicit affairs’, he added.
In another incident, Rahmat Ali, 65 of village Baropota under Sharsha upazila died as a wall of his residence made with mud collapsed on him in the morning of Wednesday. He was declared dead after he had been rushed to Jessore Medical College Hospital.
