The international textile sourcing show of South Asia, styled ‘Intex South Asia’ will be held in Bangladesh from June 16 to 18 at the International Convention City Bashundhara (ICCB) in the city.
Textile and Jute Minister Golam Dastagir Gazi will be present at the inaugural session as the chief guest while Secretary of the Indian Textiles Ministry Upendra Prasad Singh will be present as the guest of honour, reports BSS.
At the exhibition, over 120 companies from Bangladesh, India, Korea, China, Thailand, Singapore, UAE, Italy, USA and more countries to exhibit latest offerings for the Bangladesh textile and apparel industry.
Worldex India Exhibition and Promotion Private is the organiser of Intex South Asia Bangladesh.
The first edition of Intex South Asia was held in the city in 2019 with the extensive participation from different nations.
Being the most established international sourcing show of the region and completed eight successful editions in Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and India has connected with over 1,200 global textile suppliers with over 25,000 leading buyers from 30 countries and regions.
Intex South Asia aims to fulfill the growing demand for innovative and trendy textiles, clothing accessories, Software and ERP solutions for the textile or apparel industry, certifications and other allied services for one of the biggest apparel manufacturing region in the world.
