Three-day entrepreneur goods fair began on Friday in the capital with an aim to help expand the businesses of women entrepreneurs.
Women Entrepreneurs Bangladesh (WEBD) organising the fair for fourth time at Women’s Voluntary Association (WVA) Auditorium at Dhanmandi in the city.
Selima Ahmed, MP, inaugurated the three-day programme as the chief guest while Bangladesh Association of Call Center and Outsourcing (BACCO) Secretary General Touhid Ahmed,E-Commerce Association of Bangladesh official Sayed Rahman, Daffodil International University Professor Dr Farhana Helal Mahtab were present as special guests.
More than 200 women entrepreneurs are taking part in the fair which will go on from 10 am to 8 pm daily. Visitors can enter the fair at free of cost.
Huge collection of dresses, handicrafts, jute and leather-made products, cosmetics, local ornaments are available in the fair. Pithas of different
areas of our country are also available for the foodies in the fair.
