An anti-adulteration mobile court on Sunday fined three business establishments Taka one lakh seven thousand for running business without certificate and not maintaining cleanliness.
Executive magistrate of District Administration Ashraful Alam conducted drives at Razakhali area of city’s Chaktai business hub and fined ‘Rafique Traders’ and ‘Uttom Semai’ Taka 50 thousand each for producing vermicelli in unhygienic environment.
The court, during the drive at the same area, also fined ‘M Hossain Food Products’ Taka seven thousand for running flour factory without approval from the authorities concerned.
