The police in bordering Moheshpur upazila recovered three abandoned bombs from Purapara Bazer underthe upazila on Wednesday.
Moheshpur police station sub inspector Farid Ahmed said, acting on a tip off, a contingent of police recovered the bombs from the market that was wrapped with scotch tape.
Some unscrupulous criminals might keep the bombs to create panic among the innocent people taking advantages of the present situation, the sub inspector said.
