Ekushey Award winner noted actress Dilara Zaman, popular play director and actor Salauddin Lavlu, director and actor Shamim Zaman, actor Saju Khadem, Nadia Ahmed and Titaan Chowdhury are working together in a serial for the first time. Title of the serial is Sobjanta Shamsher.
Scripted by Seja Nur the serial is being directed by Shamim Zaman. Shooting of the serial began at Pubail in Gazipur recently where Salauddin Lavlu is acting in a lead role. After a long time, Lavlu is working in a serial.
While talking about to act in this serial Lavlu told this correspondent, “Shamim Zaman is very close to me. I like him most. Under his direction I am acting in this serial. During break time of shooting I enjoyed with all in the spot.”
Dilara Zaman shared her feelings by this way, “I am playing in role of Lavlu’s mother in the serial. It is an organised story based serial. I am enjoying a lot acting in this serial. I hope viewers are also enjoy.”
Director Shamim Zaman said, “Basically Lavlu Bhai is heart of the serial. Story of the serial revolves with him. It is really a pleasure for me that Lavlu Bhai is working under my direction in the serial, which will go on air on Banglavision in the beginning of January 2018.”
Now Shamim Zaman directed a serial titled Jhamela Unlimited is being aired on Rtv. Within very short days he is going to make a new serial which story is written by Masum Reza.
His directed first movie was Molla Barir Bou. Later he did not make any movie but he is planning now.
On the other hand, Saju Khadem recently finished shooting of two plays in USA under Hridy Haque’s direction.
