The Oxford University based band group The Donut Kings of London enthralled the audiences of Dhaka on Thursday night. This band group presented jazz music in the concert.
Organised by 24th BSC Forum The Donut Kings performed in a two-hour long concert under the title of ‘A Return to The Root’ at Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy in the city’s Segunbagicha area. Cultural Affairs Minister Asaduzzaman Noor MP was present as the chief guest in the programme.
It is noted that main initiator of this concert Tanjil Rahman who was born in Australia but his parents was from Bangladesh. Through this concert his first visited Bangladesh and also performed here.
