The 54th AGM of Reckitt Benckiser (Bangladesh) Ltd. was held at a city Milonayoton on Sunday. The AGM approve 550percent cash dividend for its shareholders for the year 2014. Chairman of the company Nitish Kapoor, Managing Director Raghu Krishnan; Directors Nayan Ranjan Mukhopadhyay, Sushen Chandra Das, M Jahangir Kabir, Mahmud Hasan Khan and Company Secretary Md Nazmul Arefin were present.
