The 19th Annual General Meeting of Shasha Denims Limited (SDL) was held in the city on Wednesday. The meeting was presided over by Parveen Mahmud FCA, Chairman, SDL. Aftabur Rahman Jafree, Director, N K Mobin FCA, FCS, CFC, Independent Director, Shams Mahmud, Managing Director, Zareen Mahmud CPA, FCA, Jamal Abdun Naser, Director Operation, Ahsanul Haque, Director Finance and a large number of shareholders of the company were present in the meeting. In the Meeting, shareholders approved 25 percent cash (inclusive of 10 percent interim cash dividend) for the year 2015.
