The 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Agrani Bank Limited was held on Thursday virtually. Dr. Zaid Bakht, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bank, presided over the meeting. A B M Ruhul Azad, Additional Secretary, Financial Institution Division of Ministry of Finance was present as the representative of the Government of Bangladesh. Directors of the Bank, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank and Observer of Bangladesh Bank and other invited guests were also present in the meeting.
